Video First​

A new Carousel component block has been added to the system, featuring multiple layouts. The simple Carousel block is designed for a list of items with images and links, while the Video First Carousel block is more focused on generating videos automatically. Additionally, this update introduces two new banner variations: Feature and Feature Carousel.

In Page Navigation​

A page navigation feature allows users to navigate directly to specific sections within a web page, facilitating easier access to relevant information without the need for scrolling. To implement this, begin by assigning a unique string to the container ID field within the component blocks. Next, include the container ID prefixed with # in either the URL or link field.

Cache invalidation​

Content editors can now view changes in real time without the need to wait for cache updates. This improvement eliminates the traditional delay after updating a page. Ensure that the page is in a published status.

List Field UI Improvements​

New modal UI for the List field! This will make working with it easier, rather than editing it inline in the editor.

Fixtures and Results component​

We have supported adding the Fixtures and Results component through the document editor. More Info.

Opta Competitions and Opta Teams​

We have introduced two new schema items to the CMS. With this updated, Admins can add or update Opta competitions and teams and their crests.

Fixtures by Round Component block​

We have supported adding the Fixtures by Round component through the document editor. More Info.

Document Editor improvements​

We couldn't display a correct preview for the component blocks, which depends on the dynamic data such as news, match cards and fixtures. With this release, the CMS editors can view a preview of news cards, video cards, match ribbons, and fixtures by round. Also, with this update, editors can select a competition from a dropdown rather than entering the comp Id manually.

New Countdown component

Coundown timer​

We added a new component called 'Countdown'. The component displays a countdown for the given date.

Feature Card layout​

To support a new requirement for the banner layout, we added a new layout for Feature Cards component called 'bar-gap'. The layout is the same as the 'bar' layout but with a gap between the cards. Also, both layouts, 'bar' and 'bar-gap' have the option to add or remove the overlay. Read more.

Banner Layout​

We added a new layout for the banner component called 'cta-feature-cards'. This will display a banner and there is an options to add a feature card component to the bottom of the banner. Also, with this update, we added mobile banner option with 'primary', 'primary-full', 'cta', 'cte-primary', & 'cta-feature-cards' layouts. Read more.
