Media Item

All the media item related configurations are entered here. A media item is a special type of page, used for current events; media items are posted to /news.

Title​

The text to display on the page's tab in the user's web browser.

Slug​

The URL (i.e. the web address) to use for the page.

Publish Display Date​

The data and time on which to release the page publicly.

Content Owner​

The site on which the media item owns.

Legacy Content Owner​

Used if the media item was migrated from a different Content Management System (CMS).

Lead Image​

The image to display at the top of the page.

Image Caption​

The caption to display under the Lead Image.

Lead Video​

The video to display at the top of the page (if desired).

Content​

Content of the media item.

Summary​

Summary of the media item. This is used as description which is used by search engines.

Tags​

Media item tags. This could be helpful to group media item and display in pages using News Cards component

Published on sites​

Sites where the media item will be allowed to display."

Story Type​

Media Item category which will be helpful in search

Publish Status​

  • Draft

    In draft status, only the site owners can see view the media item, and it will not be displayed in the website.

  • Published

    The media item is displayed on the website, and other site owners can view it and add their site as 'Published on Sites'. To be viewed and displayed, the published date needs to be later

  • Archived

    Hide it from the website
